Christmas

Well Christmas is over for another year. It wasn't a bad day but not like it use to be. With mum gone and you can see the distance with my family and me. It was nice see josh back from Queensland for Christmas but he go back to his new footy team the Gold Coast Suns. We were lucky not lose my brother in law before Christmas, he had a clot in his leg. They said if it was in his over vain he was gone. My big brother is just hanging on and I'm need to get more skin cancer cut from my face. On some bright news I'm back at South Downs next year. It's 6 in the morning and I haven't had any sleep. Well I hope every one had a great Christmas. The next post will be on my sons 21 st. Cheers for now.

Last week of school

Last day for me at South Downs, it's going to be very sad to say goodbye to all my students. Life must go on, our Christmas staff dinner is this week. Well for 6 of us. At least 3 of us are leaving. Well that's it for now.

What great weekend

Today is stacey birthday and we went to colour me rad 5km walk. I have some photos. Tomorrow she sits for stat test and while she doing that I'm off to the supernova and I won to have my picture taking with one of the gbs oh I can't wait. Well here are some snaps of today and tomorrow I put some of that day. what a great day at supernova, I won a chance to star with the guys from battlestar galactica and I kiss them both. Ward z

Can't wait for Saturday, stacey and I are going to have a tour of ward z and then we are doing a night tour for a ghost tour. I'm so excited about this. I have my tape recorder ready and hopefully by then I have my ghost box radio as well. Bring it on.

Just my family luck.

Yeah today I had couple of spot cut off my face, the doctor said we need to test these, they don't look good. Skin cancer great my uncle died from skin cancer and my eldest daughter has had to cut out of her arm and she 28. My mum and dad did as well. So now is a waiting game to see if. If so let's hope they got it all. Well that's it for now.

Now it's a waiting game

We are hoping they have plead guilty, otherwise is going to in court for a trail. Yesterday was the day and we haven't heard what they did. Jess and stacey are stressing out, we don't get any sleep. Oh well please just plead guilty so we can all get on with our live. Well that's it for now.

First week over

Wow what a week, first week over at work and I working my butt off. Love working with the student I have, they make me laugh and frustrated me too but the best part is seeing them achieve and staying at school. Well this week we have swimming lesson all week and I be going because off the students I work with. It's so nice to be working at my old school too. Well jake is doing really well at his job and lisa is really becoming a hairdresser and jess is decide what's next and stacey is preparing to go to uni next year. Giselle has her dance concert soon and my brother and his wife are coming. Connor is adorable love him to moon and back and Giselle too. Well that's it for now.

Apologies

Yes I have written a email letter but I haven't sent it. I just to scared to send it, yes my heart is pounding with nerves. For now it stays in my save drafts, until I think it's the right time. I'm lucky to have a very spiritual person in my life to help me through a lot, now I know what's important to me. Well back to work tomorrow with a new hair cut and colour. Woohoo is all I can say.

Time for a change

Over last few years I have alway had blonde hair but now I have red hair, don't know know hoe long for but for now yes. Back to work Monday, wow I have a great holidays. I have taking Giselle and Connor everywhere. They have loved it. So have I spending as much as I can with then. Well it's a quick one tonight as I have to spend one last day with my beautiful grand kids. Cheers Deb.

Outlanders

Wow I'm loving this new series the outlanders. Wow the guy that plays Jamie Frasers he is totally hot hot. Can't wait for series 2.

colour run and bogan night

This year we decide to do the colour run and the colour me rad,colour run has been and gone and it was fantastic. Here are the photos from the day. My work mates bek and Fiona and Bek friend Sarah join Stacey and I that day. Well you could say we were very colour, lol. Then Stacey and I went to bogan night with my sisters, this a bogan photo. After footy season finished I put floor boards down in stacey room and we paint it aswell. It makes her room bigger and now with left overs im doin the hallway during the holidays. Then the next project is finally putting the kitchen tiles down and painted the hallway and then the bathroom but that will happen over christmas. So much to do and Im doing this all on own, which not bad. Well thats all for now Cheers Deb

Gym

After 3 years away from curves, stacey and I are back there. Yeah it was great at anytime and I did have my own personal trainer. It was just nice to go back to the place we started and stacey is so much happier being back there. Wow life has change so much, I have a new motto is live for today and enjoy every minutes, just lke its your last. Cheers for now Deb.

Things can change

Tonight got some really bad news, news I knew would come one day. Just when I thought thing were getting better, something has knock you bad down. My big brother has been told his cancer has gone to his lungs. Not great, he might have 6 months to live, we are hoping the chemo would work. My heart is breaking not again. Can't lose another family member not to cancer, why is this happening to my family. My dad and mum now my brother, my sister is remission. Chin up is all I can say to me and everyone in my family.

Jake

Today jake had a job interview for a security company and they gave him the job straight away. I'm so proud of him, he be working at the grand at glenelg and their other hotel in town. When gets more experience he work more but for now he be working 3 nights over the weekend.

Congrats

Woohoo my nephew josh came 8 overall in the Magarey count tonight. We are so proud of him, next fo him is afl. All he want was to finish in the top 10 and he did.

It's been a long time.

All I wanted to do was to go up and say hello and see how you are going tonight but I didn't. It's nice to hear our kids are talking again. You have been in my dreams lately in a nice way. Hopefully one day we both can just say hello again. I have miss the fun and the laughter we had. Well it time to go back and dream.

Im back

Its been 9 months since I stop and close this blog. Its time to come back, after my mum first year, it was hard year but i got a chance to say goodbye and feel so much better for it. So now i can write so much position stuff now. First Stacey has had her first art show at gawler community art gallery. Just to see her passion come back. The judge gave her highly recommended work, it was fantastic. We went to the opening and everyone was so nice to her and loved her work. I will show more of her work.
