Don't waste your time in surroundings you don't enjoy, or even in the company of those you don't consider kindred spirits. You need to be in an atmosphere that's conducive to comfort and security. Find it, and get there posthaste. Anything more stressful or taxing than napping won't appeal to you, so why force yourself? Call in, take the day off and spoil yourself. Apparently, you need it. If you've been feeling a bit restricted or unappreciated lately, rest assured that it won't continue much longer -- most likely because you'll up and decide that enough is enough.
