Put some distance between you and whoever has caused that achy feeling in your chest. The more you rehash the situation, the worse you'll feel. If you're not in the immediate vicinity of that certain person, however, there will be moments of relief. Promise. Stop trying to swim against the tide. Didn't your mother ever teach you to paddle parallel to the shore until you were out of danger?
Your guardian angel is waiting and ready to help you find the right life's work. Close your eyes and picture the path you need to follow to get there.

Well if the last one is true come on then because it not working.
